This Privacy Policy describes how ArkiveWorks ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our websites and mobile applications, including Aposento de Oración (collectively, the "Services"). We build our apps to collect as little personal information as possible.
Some features let you create content such as journal entries, prayer lists, notes, or reminders. This content is stored to make the app work for you. If you contact us for support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
We may collect limited technical and diagnostic information — such as app version, device type, operating system version, and anonymized crash or performance data — to keep the app stable and improve it. Where applicable, this is handled through Apple's standard developer tools.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your journal, prayer, or personal content for advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver transactional and support emails. Emails are sent from dedicated sending subdomains under arkiveworks.com. We do not send marketing email unless you have opted in, and every optional email includes a way to unsubscribe.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the Services, which may include Apple (App Store, iCloud, analytics, and push notifications), our hosting provider, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
We retain your content for as long as your account or app data exists, or as needed to provide the Services. You can delete your content within the app, and you can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@arkiveworks.com and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
